What Payment Methods do you Accept?

We use PayPal as a Payment Processor, allowing you to pay using;

What is your Returns Policy?

In short, we have a no quibbles guarantee that lasts for 3 months during which you can send items back to us and request either a refund, a credit voucher or an exchange. For more details please see our Terms and Conditions .

What if the Garment Doesn't Fit, or I Don't Like it?

This is not a problem. Little Nut Tree has a no quibbles return policy,so you can therefore return the garment to us and request either a refund, a credit voucher or an exchange of garment. Please see our for Terms and Conditions for more details.

What if my Garment is Faulty?

All our garments are quality checked before they are despatched to avoid any faults. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment you can return it to us for either a refund, a credit voucher or an exchange of garment. Please see our for Terms and Conditions for more details.

Your products are made in Britain, what is your Carbon Footprint?

We currently source products from UK suppliers and many of our fabrics are made in the UK. So does this make us a low carbon clothing company? This answer to this is complicated and full questions about the limits of responsibility and carbon usage across the supply chain. However, as a company our direct carbon emissions are very low and we have offset them to become climate neutral through Climate Care.

Which countries do you ship to ?

Our shop is set up to work automatically with most of the world's countries apart from some African countries and some South American countries. We will however ship to any country if you contact us first to discuss delivery and order details.

How Long is Delivery ?

We aim dispatch orders that we have in stock within 1 working day of receipt of payment. For orders containing items that are not in stock we aim to despatch within 5 working days of receipt of payment.

Do I have to Register for an Account?

It is not necessary to register for an account in order in order to shop with The Little Nut Tree. When you make a purchase we will require you to enter some basic details. All your payment information (e.g. credit cards details) will be managed by PayPal and we will not have access to them. Any details we keep on you will be kept in the strictest confidence as outlined in our Privacy Statement.
